If you’d told me years ago I’d end up a copywriter, I probably would’ve laughed (and definitely talked over you). Turns out, talking “too much” is a real job requirement—who knew?

 

From Kindergarten through high school, I was that kid who couldn’t stop chatting. Whether it was about my favorite movie or why a certain cereal was the best, I always had something to say. PTA meetings? Basically, reviews of my most recent monologues. The common feedback? “Talks too much.” Spoiler: not much has changed.

 

But here’s the thing—words are my thing. More than just talking, I love stories—telling them, hearing them, and connecting through them. Because when we share stories, we tap into the purest, most emotional parts of being human. And now? I get to do that every day. Without being sent to the principals office.
